IMPORTANT LIMITATION NOTICE

TaxCalci provides informational estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. Do not rely on a calculator result as the sole basis for filing a return, responding to a notice, or making a material financial decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaxCalci is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an estimate without checking the applicable law, provider terms, source records, and professional advice. Nothing here excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

1. Information Only — Not Personalised Professional Advice

TaxCalci is an automated digital information and planning tool. It does not provide a personalised tax, legal, accounting, investment, banking, regulatory or filing opinion for your circumstances.

Calculations and written content do not constitute professional tax, legal, financial, accounting or investment advice. Check your facts, records, bank/provider terms and the relevant official source before filing, remitting, investing or making a material financial decision.

2. No Liability for Tax Demands, Penalties, or Interest

The Income Tax Department (CBDT), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), EPFO, and local tax authorities issue periodic notifications, circulars, and judicial interpretations that may alter tax liabilities in ways automated tools cannot predict for individual circumstances.

TaxCalci explicitly disclaims all liability for:

  • Tax demand notices or audit assessments issued by the Income Tax Department
  • Late-filing fees or interest under the current filing and advance-tax provisions (legacy Sections 234A/234B/234C)
  • Recalculation or disallowance of HRA, deductions, or the Section 156 rebate (legacy Section 87A) where eligibility or supporting records differ
  • Discrepancies in loan EMI amortization, bank interest rates, or pre-payment fees
  • Market losses incurred in equity mutual fund SIPs, crypto assets, or Sovereign Gold Bonds

3. Third-Party Partner Offer Disclosures

TaxCalci may display Google-served advertising; Google’s certified consent platform must be configured for regions where it is required. TaxCalci does not currently publish curated affiliate rate cards or guaranteed third-party offers.

TaxCalci does not guarantee, warrant, or assume liability for third-party bank interest rates, loan approvals, processing fees, or third-party e-filing services. All interactions with third-party providers are strictly between you and the respective institution.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This disclaimer and use of TaxCalci are governed by applicable Indian law. Any dispute must be brought before a court or forum that has jurisdiction under that law; no particular city is designated here.
