Privacy Policy & Data Handling

Calculator Inputs Stay in Your Browser
Financial calculations run inside your browser. TaxCalci does not send salary figures, loan amounts, tax deductions, or other calculator inputs to a TaxCalci server. Optional third-party services are described below.
1. Financial Inputs
Calculator use does not require an account and TaxCalci does not store your financial scenarios. Specifically:
- No account, phone number, or OTP required
- NO Permanent Account Numbers (PAN)
- NO Bank Account or Credit Card Details
- NO Salary, Deduction, or Income Inputs Saved
- NO Forced Account Creation or Logins
- No server-side financial-scenario history
2. Local Interface Preferences
We utilize browser localStorage solely to persist your UI preferences locally on your device:
- `taxcalci_lang`: Saved UI language selection (English, Hinglish, or Hindi)
- `taxcalci_text_size`: Preferred font size (Small, Medium, or Large)
- `taxcalci_high_contrast`: High contrast visual toggle
These values reside exclusively on your local device storage and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
3. Analytics, Consent & Advertising
TaxCalci loads the Google tag with analytics, advertising, ad-personalisation, and ad-user-data storage denied by default. You can accept or reject analytics from the privacy choices shown on every page and change that choice later.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may receive page, device, browser, approximate network/location, interaction, and Core Web Vitals information. TaxCalci does not include the numbers entered into calculators in analytics events.
Google may process consent-state and cookieless measurement signals according to its policies. Review Google's Privacy Policy. Advertising storage remains disabled unless a separately configured, certified consent workflow and the site monetisation controls permit advertising.
4. No Data Sale or Sharing Policy
TaxCalci does not collect or store calculator inputs and does not sell financial scenarios to banks, loan brokers, insurers, or data brokers. External provider links, if introduced, will be clearly identified; following one is your choice and the provider's privacy policy then applies.
5. Children, Publisher and Contact
TaxCalci is a general financial-information service and is not directed to children under 13. TaxCalci does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
